Heidi started out shooting news, then spent a decade photographing law firms, hospital systems, and agency teams who all needed the same thing: a photo that didn't look like it was taken in a hallway.
The approach hasn't changed much — light it properly, direct people out of their default stiff pose, and get out of the way. No forty-five-minute sessions, no over-processed skin, no photo that looks nothing like you in person.

Individual sessions run 15–30 minutes. Executive sessions run about 90 minutes to allow for outfit changes and two setups. Team days move at roughly 10–15 minutes per person, back to back.
Solid, mid-tone colors photograph best — avoid pure white, busy patterns, and logos. You'll get a short wardrobe guide after booking, and you're welcome to bring a backup outfit.
Yes — that's most of what Team Day bookings are. We just need a wall, an outlet, and about 8x10 feet of floor space. We bring the lighting and backdrop.
Each package lists the included retouched selects. Additional retouched images can be added afterward at a flat per-image rate — you'll see every proof before deciding.
Light and honest — even skin tone, stray flyaways gone, no reshaping. The goal is a photo that still looks like you walked into the room.
Standard delivery is 48 hours for individuals and 5 business days for team days. Rush 24-hour delivery is available on the Executive package and by request on others.
